Potenzials Education will use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To Provide the Service: To process your answer sheets, generate evaluation reports, and manage your account.
• To Process Transactions: We use your information to facilitate wallet recharges through our secure third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your sensitive financial details.
• To Communicate With You: We may use your email address or phone number to send service-related notifications and support messages.
• To Improve Our Service: We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from uploaded answer sheets to improve our AI models. This data will not be personally identifiable.

• Your information is stored and processed at secure data centers protected by reasonable physical and technological security measures in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules thereunder. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4) Third-Party Services

We may share your information with trusted third-party providers to facilitate our Service:

• With our payment gateway, Razorpay, to process your wallet recharges.
• With our OTP service provider, to facilitate account verification via WhatsApp.
• With our cloud infrastructure partners who provide the necessary infrastructure for AI processing and data storage.
